PHOTOS: Luxurious new condo under construction in Burlington

A new condo development is coming to Burlington, and it’s within walking distance of Lake Ontario.
Illumina Condos is a new project by the Molinaro Group. Located at 500 Brock Road, It’s currently in the construction phase. The building has 58 units, which range in size from 850 to 1,510 square feet, and one to three bedrooms.
The building has a rooftop terrace, an outdoor dining area with gas BBQ’s, a fitness centre, and a party room with a wrap-around bar and big-screen TV.
There’s also a lobby on the ground floor, guest suites, outdoor lounges, and a bike storage area.

According to Buzz Buzz Home, construction started in the winter of 2020, and is expected to be completed by September 2022. Prices range from $670,000 to $1,325,000, for an average price of $791 per square foot.
