The most expensive homes sold in November in Mississauga all went for under $5 million but they came with luxury features.

The real estate market has cooled in recent months with the average home price dropping below $1 million in Mississauga.

And, although they are out of the price range of most people, the higher-end properties also seem to be a difficult sell — all but one of the most expensive homes sold for under the asking price.

Real estate brokerage Zoocasa has compiled this list of the most expensive homes sold in November in Mississauga.

Here are the homes that made the list:

57 Forest Avenue

This Port Credit home is a new, modern build from Rock Fay Developments, designed by New Aged Design. This three-storey home boasts 4,008 square feet of living space with five bathrooms and four bedrooms. The main floor is open-concept and it has an upper-level terrace.

This place sold for $2,025,000 on Nov. 13, just under the $2,198,000 asking price. The property, with an older home on the site, sold for $1,200,000 in October 2020.
