Person spotted with weapon in Brampton: Police

Police are investigating reports of a person with a weapon in Brampton.
Peel police say there’s a heavy police presence in the Earlsbridge Blvd. and Lockburn Cres. area following reports of an individual with a weapon.
Police say a call regarding the incident came in at 3:47 pm on April 17.
No injuries have been reported.
Residents are asked to avoid the area.

Update: 7:30 p.m.: Police say the area has been cleared and nothing was found.
