Some Mississauga and Brampton residents can expect a phone call this month from Peel Region as it seeks to gather feedback on its Regional services.

Through a random sample, the Region will contact Peel residents (including Peel Living tenants) from June 6 to June 29 via their landline or cell phone number.

Residents will have the option to complete a 15-minute survey online or through the phone to provide their input on some of the Region’s public services, such as curbside pick-up, Community Recycling Centres, water and wastewater, and its mass vaccination program.

“The previous survey to Peel residents was completed in 2017. Going forward, the Region will issue a survey every year to ensure regular monitoring of all Regional services,” according to the Region.

The Region hopes to receive approximately 3,000 survey responses this month.

Peel says it has secured third-party research firm Advanis to assist with conducting the survey.
