Recently, pharmacy robberies are happening often in the areas of Mississauga and Brampton.
On the evening of Jan. 10 2023, five men robbed a pharmacy in the Goreway Drive and Derry Road area of Mississauga.
A similar incident took places days later involving another group of individuals who targeted a pharmacy in the south end of Mississauga.
On Jan. 18, 2023 around 6 p.m., Peel police said that that four suspects in dark clothing, including at least one with a visible firearm, had made off with cash and narcotes from a store in the Lakeshore Road / Oakwood Ave.
In the last two months pharmacies in Pickering, Oshawa, and Whitby have also fallen victim to such thefts.insauga's Editorial Standards and Policies advertising
