Peel Police investigate early morning shooting in Mississauga

Peel Regional Police are investigating a shooting in Mississauga early Wednesday (Jan. 5) that sent a man to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
According to police, the shooting occurred in the area of Glen Erin and Britannia shortly after midnight Wednesday.
Police said the victim sustained serious injuries and was taken to a local trauma centre. He remains in hospital in life-threatening condition.
The suspects are said to have fled the area in a dark-coloured SUV.
