A Mississauga man has been arrested and charged in connection to an incident where he is said to have performed an ‘indecent act’ in front of two young women last week.

Peel Police said in a news release issued Saturday (Oct. 9) that the incident happened Thursday (Oct. 7) just before 5 p.m. when two 18-year-old women were in the area of Waxwing Drive and Osprey Boulevard in the City of Mississauga.

The women are said to have seen a man “exposing himself and engaging in an indecent act,” and the women were able to flee the area without sustaining any physical injuries.

Investigators from the 11 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau identified as Faizan Ahmad, a 24-year-old man from Mississauga as the suspect in the case and he has since been arrested and charged with:

Police said Ahmad was held for a bail hearing and attended the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton on Friday.

Investigators said they believe there may be additional victims and are urging any potential victims or witnesses to come forward.
