Peel Police are investigating attempted carjacking incident in Brampton

Peel Regional Police are investigating an attempted carjacking robbery that took place in Brampton overnight.

Police say they were called to Bonnie Braes Drive and Kimborough Hollow at around 11:45 p.m on Sunday (Jan 17).

Police say a woman was approached in her driveway and the culprits assaulted her with the butt end of a gun as they attempted to steal the vehicle.

Police describe the culprits as three Black men wearing black hoodies.

Police say the culprits fled in a dark Nissan SUV and that the victim was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
