Peel paramedics respond after young child pulled from backyard pool

Peel paramedics responded to a near-drowning incident in Caledon this afternoon (July 10).

Paramedics confirmed that around 5:00 p.m., a nine year old boy was pulled from a backyard pool on Mountainview Rd south of Escarpment SR.

The child was treated by paramedics and is now believed to be fine.

Paramedics have cleared the scene.
