Pedestrian taken to trauma centre after early morning collision in Mississauga

A pedestrian has been taken to a trauma centre by ambulance after a Monday morning collision in Mississauga.

Just after 5 a.m., Peel Police received a call regarding a woman struck by a vehicle.

It occurred in the area of Brandon Gate and Goreway Dr.

Police say the vehicle remained on the scene.

The northbound lanes on Goreway at Brandon Gate remained closed for an investigation.
