Pedestrian stuck in serious collision north of Brampton

Police are investigating and are asking anyone who witnessed a serious crash involving a pedestrian north of Brampton to come forward.

The collision happened around 2:15 p.m. on Friday when emergency crews were called to the area of Ellwood Drive and Queen Street South in Bolton, the OPP says.

Police say a passenger vehicle and a pedestrian were involved in the crash, and that the pedestrian suffered serious injuries.

Members of the OPP Technical Collision Investigation unit were on the scene to assist with the investigation, and the Caledon OPP is asking anyone who witnessed the crash to come forward.

Investigators say anyone who was in the area at the time, or has dashcam footage of the incident to come forward.
