Pedestrian struck by vehicle in Mississauga, paramedics responding

Officers and paramedics are on scene for a collision in Mississauga today (Sept. 18).

It was reported at 11:32 a.m. that a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle at Burnhamthorpe Rd and Ponytrail Dr, just outside Etobicoke.

Injuries are unknown at this time.

Police say the collision happened within the boundaries of Toronto police, who will be taking over the investigation.
