Pedestrian struck at major intersection in Brampton

Paramedics are on scene for a collision in Brampton this afternoon (September 11).

A collision involving a vehicle and a male pedestrian was reported at 5:53 p.m. at Steeles Ave E and Kennedy Rd S.

Police say the driver remained at the scene and the pedestrian is being assessed for injuries.

Eastbound Steeles is closed at Kennedy Rd until further notice.
