Pedestrian seriously injured after he’s struck by a car in Mississauga

A man is in hospital tonight after he was struck by a car in Mississauga.
The man was hit at the intersection of Britannia Rd. and Queen St. in Streetsville shortly after 7 p.m. on November 18.
The driver remained at the scene and the pedestrian was whisked to a trauma centre with serious injuries.
Police advise motorists to take alternate routes through the area.
