Pedestrian fights for her life after collision in Mississauga

A woman is fighting for her life after being struck by a vehicle at a Mississauga intersection Thursday evening.
The woman was struck at around 7:45 p.m. at the Derry Rd. and Telford Way intersection and rushed to a trauma centre.
Peel Police say the driver remained on the scene.
Drivers were advised to use alternate routes as the roads remained closed for an investigation.
