Pedestrian critically injured in hit-and-run in Mississauga

Paramedics are responding to a serious collision in Mississauga this evening (Feb. 20).

A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle on Derry Rd west of Airport Rd in Malton.

The male pedestrian is in life-threatening condition.

The vehicle in question did not remain at the scene, police say. No vehicle description is currently available.

The collision was reported to police at 6:47 p.m.
