Part of Main Street closed in Brampton after pedestrian struck

Police are on scene after a pedestrian was hit in Brampton on Wednesday (March 22).
Peel Regional Police say officers were called to the area of Main St. North and Williams Pkwy. around 2:45 p.m. on Wednesday after receiving a call about a collision.
One pedestrian was reportedly struck and suffered undisclosed injuries, police say.
The northbound lanes of Main St. have been closed from Williams Pkwy. to Brickyard Way while officers are on the scene investigating and police are advising drivers to avoid the area and find alternate routes.
