Parking exceptions suspended in Milton due to weather conditions

Parking exceptions have been suspended in the Town of Milton due to weather conditions.
Several roads have already closed on Thursday (Feb. 17) in Milton due to the rain and melting snow and residents can expect the weather to worsen later this evening.
The rain is expected to turn into freezing rain with snowfall that could continue overnight.
As a result, on-street parking exceptions have been suspended in an effort to support snow clearing operations and keep the roads clear of vehicles. Temporary parking will be permitted at several local parks.
Parking exceptions have been suspended ⚠️
We are providing temporary parking for residents at parks across #MiltonON to help keep vehicles off of streets.
Our crews appreciate your help with snow removal efforts ☃️
