“Health Canada’s sampling and evaluation program has determined that the pacifier handle can detach, releasing small parts that may pose a choking hazard to young children,” Health Canada says on its website.

As of Dec. 6, 2022, the company has received no reports of injuries or incidents in Canada.

Parents or caregivers who purchased this product are advised to stop using it and return it for a full refund.
