Foodies will get a chance to take a bite – many, in fact – out of some of the culinary treats available in Oshawa at the first Boujee Bites event next Wednesday at the Robert McLaughlin Gallery.

With the city’s rapid diversification of late Oshawa has emerged as a foodie haven and a destination for “delightfully diverse dining” and Oshawa Tourism is celebrating that transformation with Boujee Bites, a tapas-style food event where patrons get to sample innovative fusions of cross-cultural collisions, decadent donuts, 5-star vegan cookery, elevated food truck offerings, and delicious local brews.  You’ll also get to meet the creators who are pushing the food scene in Oshawa to ever-greater heights.

Boujee Bites will take place May 17 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the gallery and the event will include live music (and a chance to see the latest exhibits at the famed art gallery) and will features dishes from Berry Hill Food Co., Portobello Road, Avanti Trattoria, CRAVE Doughnuts, Bollywood Tacos, the Oshawa Food Truck Corral and Chronicle Brewing.
