Oshawa history buffs take note: the last of the Historic Lakeview Park Walking Tours takes place Wednesday, September 1.

Every Wednesday morning since August 11 Oshawa Museum staff have led a walking Tour and the museum buildings on the grounds. Participants learn about the history of the park, the history of Oshawa Harbour, share stories and places of interest along the way and explore the Port Oshawa Pioneer Cemetery.

The tours begin at Guy House at 10 a.m. (rain or shine) and take approximately 90 minutes to complete. Registration in advance is required through Eventbrite and there is $5 admission.

COVID-19 procedures will be in place and masks are required as Lakeview Park is very busy and social distancing may be challenging. The capacity for each walk is 15 people.
