Oshawa man charged with impaired driving in Niagara Falls New Year’s Eve

An Oshawa man has been charged with impaired driving after Niagara Parks Police spotted him driving erratically on Niagara Parkway New Years Eve.

Parks Police observed the 25 year-old driver and conducted the traffic stop. The man, who was not identified, was charged with impaired operation of a vehicle and over .08 blood alcohol.

The arrest was made about 11 p.m.
