Oshawa Fire extinguishes early morning garage fire

Oshawa Firefighters were at the scene of a garage fire early this morning on Southdown Road and managed to put the blaze out before it spread to other buildings.

Crews reported heavy smoke when they arrived but thanks to a fast knockdown were able to quickly get the fire under control.

There were no injuries reported and overhaul operations are ongoing.
