Oshawa condos sweep 5 most affordable homes list

Oshawa swept all five spots on the list of most affordable homes sold in Durham Region last month, with three of the five in the same condo building in the city’s north end university district.

At number one is a studio apartment at 2545 Simcoe Street, a nearly 500 sq. ft. unit in a building that opened just a year ago.
