Ontario reporting 97 more people in hospital due to COVID-19, two more in ICU

The Province is reporting 330 people in hospital with COVID-19, an increase of 97 from the day before.

Additionally, as of Tuesday (September 21), 179 people are currently in the ICU due to complications associated with the virus, which is an increase of two from the previous day.

Of those who are in hospital, 133 are unvaccinated, while 10 have received one dose, and 34 have received both doses.

Additionally, of those in the ICU, 115 are unvaccinated, while 10 have received one dose, and 11 have received both doses.

The Province is reporting an additional 30,072 vaccinations as of Tuesday. To date, 75 per cent of Ontarians have received one dose, including 87 per cent of adults, and 81 per cent of adults have received both doses.
