Ontario reporting 3,215 new cases of COVID-19, 135 in Halton

Ontario is reporting 3,215 new cases of COVID-19 today (April 7), 135 of which have been reported in Halton.

Today (April 7), Burlington has recorded 29 new cases while Oakville has 43.

Milton has recorded 53 new cases while Halton Hills has 10.

A total of 10,816 cases have been resolved in the Halton Region and 200 people have passed away.

There are currently 642 active cases in the region.

According to regional data, there are 1,059 total variant cases in Halton.

A total of 49,889 COVID-19 tests have been completed in Ontario in the last 24 hours.
