Ontario reporting 1,966 new COVID-19 cases, 324 patients in ICU

Ontario has 1,966 new COVID-19 cases today, Feb. 20 (down 278 from yesterday) and 17 more deaths, with the seven-day case average falling to 2,109.

There are 174 new cases in Peel (Mississauga, Brampton and Caledon), 88 in Durham, 81 in Niagara Region, 62 in Hamilton, and 46 in Halton.

1,056 people are hospitalized with COVID-19 and 324 people are in ICU with COVID-19, reports Health Minister Christine Elliott.

31,500,915 vaccine doses have been administered in Ontario to date, with 92.5% of Ontarians 12+ having received one dose and 90.3% having received two doses.
