Ontario reporting 129 more people in hospital due to COVID-19, four fewer in ICU

The Province is reporting 315 people in hospital with COVID-19, an increase of 129 from the day before.

Additionally, as of Tuesday (September 28), 180 people are currently in the ICU due to complications associated with the virus, which is a decrease of four from the previous day.

Of those who are in hospital, 116 are unvaccinated, while eight have received one dose, and 37 have received both doses.

Additionally, of those in the ICU, 107 are unvaccinated, while nine have received one dose, and eight have received both doses.

The Province is reporting an additional 31,855 vaccinations as of Tuesday. To date, 76 per cent of Ontarians have received one dose, including 88 per cent of adults, and 82 per cent of adults have received both doses.
