One person reported to be without vital signs after serious crash in Pelham

One person was reportedly without vital signs after a serious car crash late this afternoon in Pelham.
Niagara Regional Police and other emergency responders are on the scene at Victoria Ave., near Spring Creek Rd., and expect the area to be closed to traffic for several hours while they investigate.
According to reports, one person involved in the crash was without vital signs while another person was seriously injured. One victim was apparently ejected from a vehicle.
An air ambulance was requested, but may not be available, according to reports.
Police are asking drivers to avoid the area.
