One Person in Custody Following Carjacking With Knife in Mississauga

Peel Police are responding to a reported carjacking incident that started in Oakville and later ended in Mississauga.

One male armed with a knife reportedly carjacked a vehicle on Cornwall Road in Oakville.

He later dumped the vehicle on Dundas Street West and Glen Erin Drive in Mississauga.

Police used a spike strip on the car before it was abandoned.

The male suspect is in custody.

More officers are heading to the scene now.
