One of the only BBQ restaurants closes down in Mississauga

Lovers of BBQ in Mississauga will sadly have one less option to get it from.
Fired Up, a well known Port Credit restaurant located at 89 Lakeshore Rd E, officially closed its doors for good on April 3rd, 2022.
The Fired Up team says they were approached with an offer and decided to sell their business to new owners who plan to take over the space with a “new concept.”
“It has been our pleasure for almost 6 years to provide you a venue with great food, great service and great ambience,” the restaurant said on social media.
The restaurant served a variety of burgers, ribs, and grilled meat platters, and also hosted comedy nights and musical performances on the patio.
There’s no word on what will take over Fired Up’s location just yet.
