One man dead, three others injured following two-vehicle crash in Mississauga

A man has died and three others are in hospital following, a two-vehicle crash involving a motorcycle in Mississauga.

On Friday (Oct. 27) Peel Regional Police responded to a SUV and motorcycle collision near Cawthra Road, between Atwater Avenue and Arbor Road.

According to police, a man was pronounced dead at the scene and three people were taken to a trauma centre.

The roadways in the area of the accident were closed off for several hours, as officials investigated.

Drivers were advised to take alternate routes.

At 6 a.m. this morning (Oct. 28), authorities reported that among the three individuals injured in the collision, one man is in critical condition, while two women sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

The roads were also reopened to motorist.
