One in hospital, suspect at large following early morning Oshawa stabbing

A man is in hospital after an early morning stabbing in Oshawa.
Durham Regional Police said they received a 911 call about a quarter after 6 a.m. on Jan 31 regarding an incident at an apartment on Simcoe St. and Bagot St. about a block north of Memorial Park.
When first responders arrived on scene, they found a man suffering serious injuries. He was taken to hospital for treatment.
Police say their search for a suspect continues, as of an update posted at 10 a.m. They additionally confirmed more information will follow when available.
