One dead after truck drives into Pickering lakeshore

A man is dead after his truck drove into Lake Ontario at the Pickering shoreline.
Durham Regional Police announced the death at 10 p.m July 19. A truck had driven into the lake near West Shore Blvd and Beachpoint Pr. shortly after 7 p.m.
The Collision Investigation Unit came in to look into the crash and found one man dead. The CIU does not suspect any foul play.
