OLG issues over $2M gaming revenue payment to Milton

The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) has issued a first-quarter payment to the Town of Milton.

According to OLG, a total of $2,489,687 was issued to the Town for hosting Elements Casino – Mohawk.

Milton has received $130,220,596 in non-tax gaming revenue since 1999, according to OLG.

According to OLG, payments to host communities are part of OLG’s commitment to Ontario as 100 per cent of OLG’s profits are reinvested in the province.

Since 1994, host communities have received more than $1.86 billion in non-tax gaming revenue.
