Officers and Emergency Services Attending Fire in Mississauga

Emergency services are on scene for a fire this afternoon.
Police got a call at 5:20 p.m. after a fire broke out in the residential area of Homelands Drive and Thorn Lodge Drive.
That’s west of Winston Churchill at Dundas.
No injuries have been reported.
Residents may want to avoid the area.
UPDATE:
Police report that the fire was contained to the residence’s basement and has been extinguished.
Mississauga Fire is currently investigating the cause of the blaze.
