Oakville pharmacist first recipient of Litton Memorial award

A Halton Healthcare employee at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial is being rewarded for going “the extra mile.”

Vivian Lee, a pharmacist in the ICU at the local hospital, is has been named the first recipient of the Colin Litton Memorial Award of Excellence.

“Vivian has been a ICU Pharmacist since 2016 and continuously demonstrates positivity, embraces change and will always go the extra mile for patients,” Halton Healthcare said of Lee in a Twitter post.

The Colin Litton Memorial Award of Excellence acknowledges the hard work and caring nature of the ICU team and was created by Colin’s family in his memory.

“Colin was a brilliant, kind & gentle soul with a passion for education & continuous improvement,” added Halton Healthcare.
