Oakville man charged in year-long break and enter case in Township of Madawaska Valley

A 40-year-old Oakville man has been charged in a year-long break and enter case involving stolen tools in Renfrew County.

Back on July 31st, 2020, Killaloe OPP say they were called to a reported break and enter of a trailer on the site of an electrical business located on Highway 60 in the Township of Madawaska Valley.

Police would find a number of assorted tools and construction equipment were stolen.

After nearly a year-long investigation, police have charged Michael Kwias, 40, of Oakville with break and enter and theft over $5,000.
