Oakville looks for feedback on Town services

The Town of Oakville wants to know how it’s doing…and they might be calling you to find out.
Starting next week, Oakville will be conducting the 2022 Citizen Survey to gather opinions and find out whether the Town is meeting expectations. As well, the survey looks to identify and prioritize areas that will help guide programs and services.
Teaming up with Forum Research Inc., residents will be randomly called for the survey which will last about 20 minutes.
As well, a similar survey will also be available online which will be made available from January 24 to February 6.
Results of the survey will be posted on the Town’s website and also be presented to council later this year.
