Oakville hospital’s COVID-19 testing centre officially closes its doors

All Halton Healthcare COVID-19 testing centres are now officially shut down at Oakville, Milton and Georgetown hospitals.
After three years of operation, the COVID-19 Priority Testing and Assessment Centre at (PTAC) at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital (OTMH) officially closed its doors on Tuesday (Jan. 31).
The Milton District Hospital, Georgetown Hospital and OTMH all operated PTAC’s during the pandemic.
“Thank you to the incredible staff and physicians involved for contributing to the overwhelming success of our centres and providing this valuable service to our communities,” Halton Healthcare said on Twitter.
“We could not have done it without your hard work, support and dedication!”
