A raised bungalow in Oakville recently sold for over $321,000 above its listed price.

The three-bedroom, four bathroom home, located at 2423 Bridge Rd., was listed at $1,499,999 and just recently sold for $1,821,000.

The home was sold for $851,000 a little more than two years ago in January of 2020.

The home, with a 60 by 100 foot lot, was only on the market for seven days when it was sold on Feb. 22, 2022.
