The Oakville and Milton Humane Society has joined the Betty White Challenge, in celebration of the late actress’ 100th birthday.

White, who passed away on New Year’s Eve, was best known for her role on the Golden Girls among others, along with being an animal advocate who worked her entire life to help animals in need of a home.

As a result, the Oakville and Milton Humane Society is collecting donations, that will “further Betty’s dream to make life better for all animals” as well as make a direct impact on the thousands of vulnerable animals cared for by the charity each year.
