“Numerous” bullets fired in north Ajax neighbourhood

A north Ajax home was riddled with bullets last Thursday in a case with no witnesses and no clues save for a vague description of a possible getaway car.

Police are investigating after shots were fired early Thursday morning on a home on Telford Street in a residential neighbourhood located between Westney Road and Ravenscroft Road.

West Division officers were on the scene at 3:30 a.m. and were able to determine “numerous” shots were fired. There were no injuries but the house did sustain damage from the bullets.

There are no suspect descriptions but police are looking for a light-colored sedan that was seen in the area prior to and during the shooting.
