On April 7, shortly after 9:00 p.m., a 64-year-old woman from Hamilton was crossing in the area of King St E and James St N when she was fatally struck by a pick-up truck travelling westbound.

“The Collision Reconstruction Unit has completed its investigation and concluded there will be no charges laid against the involved driver,” said police.

Anyone with information is still asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
