While most of Ontario has already been hit with some of the white stuff, it looks like Niagara Region will finally see some snow this week.

According the Environment Canada, a light dusting is due tomorrow throughout most of the Niagara Region with the exception of the Lake Erie southern end of Niagara – Wainfleet, Port Colborne and Fort Erie – which shouldn’t see snow until later in the week.

While Tuesday and Wednesday are a mix of sun and clouds for the entire region with temperatures reaching 8C (46F), after that the flurries will be coming for all of Niagara from Thursday through to Sunday.

At this point, Environment Canada isn’t calling for any significant accumulation of snow in Niagara – just light flurries – not enough to warrant plowing.

However, the great majority of Ontario has seen differing levels of snow over the past week.
