Niagara police search for unidentified break and enter suspect

Niagara Regional Police are looking for an unidentified suspect after a break and enter in Lincoln.

The police got a 911 call to report the incident around 11 a.m. September 8. A man had walked into a yard and broke into an exterior building.

Stashed in this shed was an unspecified amount of cash. The thief “ransacked” the building and made off with the money. Investigators concluded the break in had to have occured in the hour before their arrival.

Police obtained security footage of the suspected thief leaving the scene. They described the suspect as a white man, between 18-25 years old, with a slender build.

He was wearing a dark baseball cap, dark short sleeve t-shirt, dark pants and dark shoes.
