UPDATE: Missing Welland teenage girl found safely

UPDATE: LAYLA TRAVERS WAS FOUND AND IS SAFE.
Niagara Police are on the look-out for a missing 13 year old Welland girl.
Layla Travers was last seen on September 15 between 6:30 and 7 pm, in the area of Monarch Street and Heron Street.
Layla is described as female, white, thin, 5-foot-2, 130 pounds with medium length blonde/brown hair. She was wearing a black toque, white hooded sweater, black yoga pants with a black backpack while on her bicycle.
Police and her family are concerned for Layla’s welfare and are requesting the public’s help in locating her.
