Niagara Falls, Welland Cineplex theatres showing kids movies free this Saturday morning

This Saturday morning (November 19) could be a very cheap outing for families with young children as two local Cineplex theatres are offering up free movies.
Cineplex is holding its Community Day at both locations in the region – the Cineplex Odeon Niagara Square Cinemas (7555 Montrose Rd) in Niagara Falls and the Cineplex Odeon Seaway Mall Cinemas (800 Niagara St) in Welland.
From 9 am to 11 am, the theatres will be showing four separate kids’ movies for free and offering $2.50 concessions.
The movies are: “Paws of Fury: The legend of Hank”, “Sonic The Hedgehog 2”, “The Spongebob Movie: Sponge On The Run” and live action “The Lost City”, starring Sandra Bullock.
However, no ordering ahead as the tickets for the movie are available at the box offices on the morning of the event.
The theatres will be donating $1 from every concession order and XSCAPE arcade playcard sale throughout the day towards supporting youth empowerment programs through their partners at Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada.
