The Niagara Falls Sports Wall of Fame is adding two new committee members.

The group told City Hall they would be adding Bonnie Brady and Jack Hall, both of Niagara Falls, to the committee level.

Brady, currently the Chairperson of the Niagara Falls Recreation Committee, has an athletic background, years of coaching experience and decades of community involvement.

Jack (John) Hall is a previous Sports Wall of Fame inductee (2017) from his athletic achievements in basketball and soccer. Attending Notre Dame College School in Welland through the early 1970s, he was selected as the school’s Athlete of the Year in 1975.

Going on to attend St Thomas University in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Hall won MVP honours twice with both their soccer and basketball teams. In 2011, he earned his place on the St Thomas Wall of Fame.

The Niagara Falls Sports Wall of Fame, first established in 1990, has honoured over 300 local sports heroes and is located in the Gale Centre arena complex.
