Niagara Falls man arrested on child pornography charges

A Niagara Falls man faces a handful of child pornography-related charges after an investigation this month by Niagara Police’s Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit.
Today (Feb. 14), police charged Jeremiah (Jerry) Ivan Neil Holder, 43, of Niagara Falls, with:
- Luring a child under the age of 16
- Making sexually explicit material available to a child under the age of 16
- Exposure to a child under the age of 16
- Make child pornography
- Making child pornography available
He was held in custody pending a bail hearing today at the courthouse in St. Catharines.
The charges have not yet been proven in court.
